With five years of commercial and residential real estate experience, Adam Phelan brings a deep understanding of the Southwest Florida market. A proud graduate of Baylor University (Class of 2001), Adam has called Southwest Florida home for 25 years. In addition to a strong real estate background, Adam has spent much of that time working with Phelan Family Brands, known locally for restaurants such as Pinchers, Deep Lagoon Seafood, and They Bay House, contributing to a variety of roles within the family-owned group.

Known for a personalized, detail-oriented approach, Adam is committed to helping clients navigate every step of the buying or selling process. Outside of work, Adam enjoys time with his wife of 19 years, Jana, watching his 17-year-old daughter ride horses, and watching his 16-year-old son play lacrosse.
